I received my book Monday and unwrapped it last night for a quick tour. What a beautiful book in appearance but also, after a quick glance through, I think will be a great read for any martial artist, especially our Uechi folks. Congratulations George, this was well worth the wait. I agree that this ...

Summer Camp and my thanks.
I have been teaching and preaching that uechi ryu can be practiced by those who are disabled, injured, permanently or with temporary injuries. I am one example of that. If you had the opportunity to attend the master's celebration Saturday night at summer camp, you had to appreciate the performance ...

Summer Camp Soccer/Uechi style

He can play and can bring any number of players to help fill up some teams so there can be some really good ...

Well Said. I know through my personnal experience that even being confined to bed, and I'm sure many have found themselves falling asleep while performing a mental kata, one's ability to still "work out" helps both physically and mentally. Don't you find that while doing a mental kata you focus on ...

Older and Wiser
Right on Robb. My problem was it took my brain too long to react to "DUCK", about a second too late. It took me a longer than usual time to win that "Wise" title.

MY FRIEND TIBIA:
Have you met my good friend tibia lately? You really should get better acquainted. Tibia can add a new dimension to your power training. You'll recognize my friend right away if it's introduced to your leg. Wouldn't you rather have tibia as your friend than an enemy? Sure you would ...
