Re: The Kata in the Mirror
Bill and Stryke, using the moves from the kata as drills / applications, is probably something I haven't done nearly enough. That's something I'll be increasing. Good info.

Snakes, Lizards and Dragons.
The other morning, I was brushing up on my reptile info. and looking for new tidbits of knowledge prior to teaching a session at a science camp. It was during this search for new info, that I read something of interest to me. Under Serpent Symbolism- Wiki said in many ancient cultures, that the word ...

I have a simple effective way to identify those gals. They are hot, I don't know them, they have little info about themselves, and all of their "friends" are male. Delete Request!

Re: Sanchin in the Bluegrass state
Thanks for the feedback Bill! Excellent points. Shane is always looking for constructive criticism, and the foot thing is something I hadn't caught. Its probably a result of how I break down the turn for white belts, when trying to help them remember which direction to turn.

I hadn't broke out the camcorder in awhile. However, I took this footage of my son recently and thought I'd share.

Re: Oh to be back in Kentucky right now
Basketball is to Kentucky, what Football is to Nebraska.
