One episode of National Geographics doomsday prepper TV series had someone spaying mace on the face of a tough man volunteer to see how effective it can stop him. The fleeing guy still got tagged. It may be more effective if trying to escape on rough surfaces.

Good, smooth acceleration in strikes are important, as well as no pauses. The entire kata should be a continuous motion from start to finish. Many games mentioning Kihon are not relevant to the Uechi-Ryu forum. Google Play has Kihon, a fitness app. Apples App store doesn't have it. Since I don't own an android phone, I can't give you any reviews.
