Anyone Done Hyperthreading
I wonder if anyone has gotten into Hyperthreading yet? It's riding on the next wave and looks quite promising.

Stick This !!!
FYI: In Sensei Thurston's Forum, I generated a few new posts that I clicked on the "Sticky" radio button. I didn't see any difference and then I noticed yesterday that "Sticky" means "Keep these new posts at the top of the list."

Hello Jackie.
Sorry I didn't reply sooner but things are busy, hectic actually, for me in the workplace.
It is good to keep tabs of the latest news of and near-future projections of virus, worms, trojan horses, etc. 2003 promises to be a real winner year for more and more virulent strains. PCWorld ...

"Chuck" it up to Pot Luck
My eldest was MIA for a good half-day and arrived from Florida a few hours ago.
In NY, on I-95, there seem to be chuck-holes large enough to swallow a mini-car. Chris hit one of those chuck/pot-holes yesterday, blew out one tire, totally destroying one rim and damaging another. He remained in the ...

Hello Fred.
I think burning DVDs from video tapes is the way to go. It'll sure save money on new tapes.
As I write this, I'm doing a Firewire video capture of some of Christopher's high school and college baseball pitching. There are many advantages to this. I'll be able to "albumize," combine ...

PCs are a-changing
Again, Gene, if your running Pentiums, power consumption is relatively low, even with other stuff. If you are running out of connectors, try getting some "Y" plugs. Each one will gice you two.

PCs are a-changing
Ok, Gene. You’ve got a slick top-notch computer, especially with the 533FSB. When you want more speed all you have to do is plug in a 2,8G P4 and that pc’ll really scream. You made the smart move by not going AMD. Their glory-time has passed out of the limelight – at least for now.
