Training exercises throughout the day.
Hi,
Does any one know of some training exercises that can be done througout the day....like for example exercising your perefrial (sp. check) vision in a crowded area....something like that. Any exercises that I can do on a daily basis would be great. Thanks

just saw it last night. I thought it was a really good movie. Some parts were "hollywood" (Tom C. fighting off 5 Samurai that have trained every day of there life and he manages to beat off most of them...YEA SURE...)! Atleast it wasnt exaggerated ( triple back flips, super duper jumping kicks ...

Ok...quick question. How many stances are there in Uechi-Ryu? Im just curious. All i can think of is Sanchin,Cat,and horse stance. I've been trying to research it all day but i didnt find ANYTHING???? Thanks!
