I decided to take Jake's advice and go with Combat Sports Boston but then I had a semi-massive back injury (nothing serious, but I paralyzed my lungs accidentally) and haven't been able to exercise for several months. I'm hoping to test my luck in a boxing class at CSB this coming week ...

The "other local guy" is actually from my camp. He is a tough, tough, kid. I knew going into this fight that he was in for a war.

I haven't had a chance to watch the fight yet, but with those two in there, I'm not shocked that they earned fight of the night. I imagine they'll both go far!

I'll say this much; the staff at that gym comes mostly from another Boston location. I've seen how fighters from the other location perform and conduct themselves, and have been underwhelmed, to say the least.
