One 2 hr Goju class, and one 2 hr kobudo class, per week, and daily practice on top of it. 1/2 hr to 1 hr every day.
'Warm-up' is flexible: 2 mile walk, bike ride, strength training, gung li, or just plain kicks and stretching. Followed up with a mix of kobudo/goju depending on my ...
