I have a web site through comcast and wanted to post my sanchin video on it, but I can't seem to get it to play. Used front page and inserted a video but after I FTP it is just a non functional icon. Any sugesstions?

I would have to disagree with you. After 27 years of MA training I also thought that I was prepared for the adrenaline rush. However over the last couple of years ...

In addition to the excellent list from Mark sensei, I feel that working the concept "to see without looking at" is very important. I like to make sure my eyes don't follow an incoming attack or I don't look at where I'm striking, but be able to see all.
