posting video to a web site
I have a web site through comcast and wanted to post my sanchin video on it, but I can't seem to get it to play. Used front page and inserted a video but after I FTP it is just a non functional icon. Any sugesstions?

In addition to the excellent list from Mark sensei, I feel that working the concept "to see without looking at" is very important. I like to make sure my eyes don't follow an incoming attack or I don't look at where I'm striking, but be able to see all.

I've been trying the free version of the above link. Amazing how much spy ware it removes. The pro version that you can buy will block it from being installed on your PC.
