Tim, I'm a little confused; you say Judo looks too much like wrestling, yet you want it to be applicable to wrestling.

If there's no Judo school near, this is all moot, but if there IS, I'd strongly suggest you look into that. Nothing else you've mentioned will give you as close to wrestling skills ...
