Uechi tournament in R.I.

Hello Raffi,

Great to hear about a RI tourney. In the current air of "extending an open hand of style friendship" I want to be one of the first to say,I would be willing to help out. Perhaps, since we have the time, to assist in training so refs and judges.....let me know!

I just stopped in and found this thread interesting, for what it's worth....

In my conversations with Uechi Kanei sensei
his only guidance for breathing in a Uechi Ryu enviroment was very clear and simple.
Breath when you must. Do not breath during the movement, and only during the Sanchin kata ...
