Lots more on ifilm if you search parkour. Favorite was a french sequence which now appears to be made into a movie--I saw highlights on tv recently.

The movie you're referring to is Banlieue 13, or B 13. It's being released in the US as District B13. The stars are David Belle (founder of parkour) and Cyril Raffaeli.

This is my video, much more amateur than other videos around the internet. The parkour in it is fairly fledgling, just as a forewarning. The tricking and the martial arts are pretty decent though.
