gosh :) I hope I express to my students that I am just as much a student as they are, by being willing to try and fail... no matter who is watching.. and try and fail and try and fail... and be encouraged by the opportunity to keep trying my best... via Uechi-Ryu.

I hope I learn my kata extremely rigidly then preform it fluidly to show it's beauty, and strength...

I want to learn my abc's so that I can learn to read and speak it with grace and proficiency. that is my hope anyway- to honor each and every stage of my growth and recognize it "as" growth :) It's an awesome thing!

as long as I have that book to read.. the letters to look at... the ability to keep trying..

Scott- I can't begin to imagine how wonderful it was to go and train.... what you must have learned... hat goes off to you-

BRother- if Uechi is within you- then express it.. whatever "way" you can... if you have the abc's.... learn to make words.. sentences...

just keep practicing :)

it's "practice" :)

just my thoughts as I read- :)

Thank you Kerry. I train every day and Uechi is indeed within my breast.
