Had a lot of fun last night at the seminar. PM's a lot funnier and laid back than I thought he'd be. Met some nice people from the Shotokan club and met Ted who posts here. Learned some neat stuff from Naihanchi kata and got to hear some stories about a lot of my karate heros.
Bill, at dinner we had a nice discussion with Mr. McCarthy about your favorite chi master. You may want to send him the experiment that you did. Also he's a fan of superempei (sp?) too.
