Gary Lam Vids

Beneficial or overrated? How can the TMA improve by exploring and being aware of other fighting methods?

Jim or Ernie,

For someone who wants to purchase one of Gary Lam's DVD's. Which is THE DVD to start out with?

Thanks,
Adam

this company is run by his students and there are reviews on the videos

Devastating Chi-Sao CROSSING HAND System INSTRUCTIONAL DVD is the one i would start with

I hate the name a little bit '' holy gadzukes batman ish ''

but the information is good

the dummy is good

fighting stradagies and 5 element are more lecture concept stuff

the weakest ones are the kicking DVD's '' I'm in both '' the information , drills and ideas are good But editing , the look and Gary/myself were all not all that it could have been

Devestating chi sau # 2 is one i really like but it's not flashy it based more on feeling and control drills and we all know watching some one work on feeling can be dull :D

Thanks for the welcome Rick , I will try and pop in from time to time
