Nonthng about this twisted logic surprises me.
The UK bans guns, and the criminals take to blades AND the number of illegal guns, I am told, is nowhere under control.
At least the Guardia Civil in Spain is honest:
"Our people are so unruly that they requre a stern and strict hand and cannot, generally, be trusted".
Thus the Guardia travels in pairs, one with an SMG for shooting s close up, and the other carries a hi power rifle-for shooting farther off.
