The way the Cookie Crumbles.

George, Chuck, Anthony, Scott, et al,
We all know cookies are a fact of life that commercial sites deposit on your PC to profile you. I have noticed that your website, esp. these forums, leaves tremendously large cookies on my computer; most deposit only 1 or 2 k, but yours are huge -- 32k, 42k, etc consisting of entire webpages with javascript embedded inside.
Could the reason that one cannot sometimes see the his own posts be because the current cookie rules?
