Web hosting with CGI support

This isn't actually Rick, but I'm related so he's letting me borrow his name ^_^
I am looking to set up a web site for a friend of ours, and am trying to find a host that meets our requirements. I am hoping to have 100 MB of space, though I think we could get away with 50. The other requirement is CGI support for PERL 6 in order to support the forums. Price is also a bit of an issue, since this is for a not-for-profit.
If anyone has any suggestions, please pass them on. My dad (Rick) will let me know if there's any responses here.
