Nai Han Chi

Tonight from 7 - 9 at I will be holding a seminar on the reason why Kata Nai Han Chi is considered so Deadly my so many Okinawan Karate Styles.
This will be a concentrated study of attacking the Seventh Cranial Nerve as well as the Post & Temporal Auricular Nerve structures, using the Katas exact motions. The First level of this Kata wil be taught for the first 20 minutes with 10 - 15 minutes of anatomical discussion, then the remaining time will be devoted to working the Kata motions and postures for a great workout.
