I believe in equality woman train for similar reasons we do.
If she into training treat her the same. To do less assumes she is less than a man.

I am not sure what stance you mean but I feel that entering a stance is best done by the toes and if your toe slips your heal will stop you losing balance. I find if you go heal first and if it slips theres nothing left to hold you standing up unless you grab something.

I think its very important. Imagine training people over many years who become quite skilled and dextrous and they have learnt arrogance, lawlesness and maybe even evil from arrogant lawless teachers?
