Only in China. They do have their way of handling things... 8O

If you're going to execute someone.... why not someone without an excuse? He killed a bunch of people for money and contributed to the super crummy status of China's exports right now. They would sure execute someone who just did some contract killing, so...

Stateside, when you rob a liquor store, you do hard time. Destroy millions and millions of retirements and turn off California's power for laughs and profit, and depending on how things fall out, you do a couple years or you retire in Colorado with about $300 million of other people's money.

Exemptions for crooks with power, especially corrupt officials, bugs me. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm doing lunch with Scooter :)
