Assistence please

Anthony, Scott, Dakkon Sans,

I tried to get a gif to load to my Uechi ftp and it refused. I then put it on my ftp and tried to get it to appear on my forum. Could one of you kindly look at it in "Kusanku" and let me know waht I did wrong.

Are you saying that not everyone who has webspace can ftp, Anthony?
