Actually, I stole that picture from this very site. Way back when, George had that dragon up here somewhere. I removed the backround. The other dragon pics I have didn't shrink well. Plus, this dragon kicks ass. Ride'em Cowboy!

On a serious note: Anyone experiencing a slowdown on their computers since Scott installed the scrolling banner? I received two email reporting lockup and slowdown.

George-sensei...I thought it was just me but I find it does take longer to load...sigh...and the pictures are so pretty!!! ~smile~ Could be just all the traffic on the forums today though!

Maybe it's my computer or connection. I am using a 56K modem and a 550 MHz Pentium III.

I have no noticeable slowdown or problems.

However, if the general consensus is to remove the icons, I will.

I do notice a lot of new posts lately. And that's not counting the lurkers. So tell me what you think.

BTW: I'll remove the java applet at halftime. When the Jet's play, the computer and everything else is outa the way.

I'm on a 56k modem while reconfiguring my system and have noticed a slowdown, maybe.

Scott, I think it was the java thingy that was slowing me down...(gotta switch to decaf I guess - don't tell Tony!!) :-)
