Scanner problems

Post by Van Canna »

Tony,

As expected, on the scanner/usb port problem you discovered last weekend, I am getting the runaround.

Any more ideas?

I knew it!

Van, now that you have a new scanner, you might want to buy a USB hub. You plug the hub into the USB port and plug up to 4 other devices into the hub. They're around 40 bux.

I think it's stupid that RR gave you a USB cable modem when you could have easily accomodated an ethernet card. I think they where just being cheapola!

Cablevision gives you the choice of a USB ethernet or a regular pci card. I took the USB (Twice the price too) because I have only one slot left now.

Cablevision also offers a choice of 3 different cable modems. They were all the same price so I took the 3com because I was told it was the best. Which ones ro RR offer?
