I've been trying to set up a java applet on the home page with some success. It's a text scrolling program, which would allow me to quickly put up important messages without taking up a lot a of space.
It is working OK, but wondering how to get the text to repeat itself. Any suggestions?
George

George,
Most scrolling java applets do repeat. In this case see if the parameters have a repeat option. Also, you may want to slow it down a bit. There should also be a speed parameter.
If not, there are a ton of java applets out there that will do what you want it to and they are free.
Check out this site... http://freewarejava.com/ and go to Java applets. From there, scroll down and on the left side you will see Scrollers and ticker tapes.
Scott
BTW: That "project" I am working on is almost done. I should have it up very shortly.

Guess not everyone 'speedreads'!
I'll try playing around with it.
Thanks,
George

George, take this one off my website. It works fine; just sub in what you want. I nested it inside a table so I suspect you can pop the whole thing in pretty simply.
