Hi Kristy - and welcome! I'm glad you stopped in for a look and took the time to post!
This forum came about partially because I used to participate in some of the original forums on this site, and kept looking at aspects of martial arts as they apply to women. We've had some really great topics brought up through the years but there are many more worth discussing - please introduce anything you feel relevant - it's nice to see another female participant here on these forums - while there are more female martial artists than ever before, unfortunately there are not too many of us to be found in one place on the internet! We are sorely in need of more female points of view - I hope that you will become a regular participant!

It has not been updated in almost a year but you are still welcome to drop in and take a look.
