The Five Mental Keys to Diligent Study

Post by Rick Wilson »

This is something that has been said a few different ways on this forum before but I thought it interesting to see that, like many things, it has all been said before.

This is from "Tai Chi Secrets of the Ancient Masters" with translation and commentary by Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming, page 53:

"The Five Mental Keys to Diligent Study by Anonymous:

1) Study wide and deep.
2) Investigate, ask.
3) Ponder carefully.
4) Clearly discriminate.
5) Work perseveringly."
