Ummm well i have posted some before and i am gonna post some more. i have been working on a style tha ti think is all my own and i am trying to fuse kick in with it. the art depends on blockz and pnches with is its downfall how would you fuse kicks with an art? is confusing i know but any help would be GREAT HELP

Well letsee...hmm...the art mainly is about harming while blocking. Blocks arent for just parrying away but mainly hit on pressure points. I havent fused kicks yet but am trying to. Mainly one arm blocks the other is simple striking.I sparred with my cousin and he nicknamed it Akuma Boxing. He couldnt stand on his feet after he punched. Post again and tell me the info u want...cause i dun wanna wate ur time with senseless reading

This is sound methodology. I think you'll find that many fighting arts get to this after the basics are covered. Some of the kyusho people actually say things like "There are no blocks in karate" (actually just to shock people into thinking along these lines).

Most "block-like" motions use both hands, with the first more like a parry and the second to do...whatever. Sometimes you want to attack with the second (main) hand. Other times you want to grab, trap, or throw with it.
