We just had our first Yuletide with the little one, and I don't think she is sure what all the fuss was about, but she enjoyed it just the same. Wow! It's like seeing the season through new eyes, and you see different things as important. I've always loved this time of year, and I go nuts on the decorating and cooking, and cards, etc. This year, cards were made and went out, but decorating didn't happen until the day before Christmas Eve. I was more concerned about making sure she didn't get overwhelmed and enjoyed the day than opening my own presents, and I saw the tree with new eyes (eventhough we just got the lights on and ornaments didn't happen this year...no matter).
I just wanted to take a moment to wish all my online friends and Karateka a Joyous season, whatever holiday you celebrate. May these days and the coming year be filled with wonder, blessings, and joyful learning!
