Bill O'Reilly re-analyzed.

Post by AAAhmed46 »

I used to really dislike him.

But the more i watch him in FULL shows instead of clips....he inst that bad actually. Oh yeah, sure he may say a thing or two that may be disagreeable. But he doesn't yell nearly as much as people think he does, does not interrupt like he is reputed to.

There is far far more outrageous individuals on Radio.

Anyway, i think i wrongly maligned the man.

Anyone else feel the same way?

(forgive my punctuation, my computer is being very...awkward. It isnt letting me do certain punctation. For instances, my quotation marks come out like this: È

EDIT:

Let me put it this way, even if you disagree with him...he actually allows some sort of back and forth debate instead of two people re-iterating the same view, without calling the other side an idiot, he will acknowledge intelligence and credentials of those he disagrees with.

He's got an ego, but so do most of them in his line of work. The only time I see people having a problem is when he goes against their ideological knee-jerks, left and right.
Life begins & ends cold, naked & covered in crap.

Pretty much.

If you REALLY analyze and think about what he says, even if you disagree with it, it is not anything truly outrageous. Comparing him to Ann coulter is unfair.

There's never a doubt about O'Reilly's political views. However he will have an intelligent discussion with anyone.

In general I don't like to watch Fox. I'm more libertarian than conservative. Their social views just aren't my cup of tea. And frankly I think Republicans needed to be hammered this past decade for spending like drunken sailors.

In fact... I don't watch much TV at all.

I used to enjoy watching the Sunday morning talk shows. But ABC and NBC are in this pizzing match now where they have their shows on at the same time. Fuk them all for doing that.

I just read a lot now - mostly the WSJ.
