Everyone check out the mpegs on my site and let me know what you think. I know this is not the kyusho forum but would like to hear what you all have to say.

Kristy-san,
Tried those mpegs last night and sorry to say they did not load properly - I have windows media player and they loaded something - and I heard some audio - but the picture on the first one was nothing but stripes - and the second one had only the bottom right hand corner...
Let me know when I should try them again!
I have enjoyed your site - especially the monthly interviews with female martial artists. Please feel free to post a notice here whenever you have another interview posted!

The stripes were the beginning of the clip, Lori. Took a long time to load, even with DSL. Probably stalled with your slower modem.
Interesting clips. I can't believe in 'no touch' knockouts though.

Loaded fine for me too. Pretty cool. I'd still rather knock out the teeth though.

They worked for me as well... I agree with Professor Mattson. Even believing in "chi" (As I do), I find these hard to believe as anything more than hypnotic tricks. I attended a seminar of a master of chi and this type of thing over a decade ago... When he went to the demo phase he asked for volunteers, but he was very careful in selection. Afterwards, I made a comment about hypnosis and he said he'd knock me out with "chi"... After staring at each other for about 4-5 minutes, he finally said, "You've studied the internal arts! Your chi is very strong" and stopped... I felt like Luke Skywalker or something... "You're strong in the force, young jedi..."
So that's my one and only experience and I'm biased by it... I also knew/know that I'm not very "hypnotizable"... for what it's worth...

Did the "chi-master" just look at you in attempt to knock you out? Or did he place his hands over you? Just curious.
