yoga classes

For those of you in the Boston and surrounding areas, I will be offering yoga classes at my dojo on a regular basis on Sundays at 10:00AM, starting on January 3, 1999. After a successful trial course run in November, we decided to go with the program as a regular part of our program. We found that it is of great help to anyone who trains (breathing, light stretching, meditation, etc.), as well as those who simply want to reduce the stress in their lives (and who doesn't).
Anyway, the cost is $10.00 a session, and you don't have to train to participate. The instructor is a lady named Jan Traverse, a certified Hatha Yoga instructor.
