Paul Cote, another seasoned martial artist will also visit the Washington Karate Academy and conduct another guest instructor seminar Saturday, April 7th 2001. Dr. Cote's
seminar agenda follows below. The goal of this second seminar is to give the
participants a good overview of the basics in Chinese Internal Boxing so they
will be able to see how such basics are common to all martial arts. The cost is $20.00.

Paul Cote will conduct the seminar and Galeone sensei hopes to be in attendance again.

In June we will have a third seminar featuring both instructors who will
bring their two seminars together for students to work on the inter-related
components of both. Details will be posted.
