Saw your wheels last spring after the test at Steve Perry's. Nice!
Dr. MK
I was wondering last night why you were yanking my chain, then it dawned on me...the "lone wolf" comment. Hey, guy, I was giving YOU the segue, when asking for a second! Sorry, don't have your pager number yet...
As for the safety issue, Bruce Miller has been preaching for years about KOs and the potential
longterm consequences. From what I read in the literature, we just don't know yet. We all know that using the brain as punching bag tends to make it lose IQ points (and a few other physical performance parameters worth noting). The "LFKOs" - whatever they are in any particular instance - are another interesting issue. Is it more than tripping a circuit breaker and resetting it? Hey, let's all do it 100 times each and see how we are in a decade or so!
I don't think so.
Back when X-rays were first discovered, they made machines to X-ray feet in shoes to see how they fit. Seemed harmless at the time. It also seemed harmless to paint radium on the watch dials in the Waltham watch factory. Of course to get it on just right, you needed to lick that paintbrush...
Oops!
I take some risks in life (like driving fast and putting myself in front of big boys that swing at me). I just like to understand them well before stepping in the ring.
